The property features a king-size double and a bathroom on a half landing between the ground and first floors, with three more quirky bedrooms on the first floor, with narrow stairs and sloping ceilings. Downstairs is a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast table, dining room, snug and sitting room with open fire. Outside is a large lawned garden, a walled garden with furniture, a secret side garden and a separate games room with pool table and dart board. There is off road parking for four cars. Ffos-y-Telwr is ideally placed for enjoying the coastline, country walks, mills and castles and theme parks, making it a wonderful family base.

Oil central heating with open fires. Oil Rayburn (available Oct - Mar), electric oven, Calor gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and games room. Walled garden with furniture, plus secret garden at side with small lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Numerous steps, small narrow stairways and narrow landing, property not suitable for the less mobile. Note: There is limited headroom in the king-size double bedroom, care should be taken. Note: Owner can offer stabling by prior arrangement. |
